About Phil

Phil Vande-Riet

I grew up and spent my college years in Michigan. After college, I spent some time traveling as a Vietnam-era Navy journalist and as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central America. After moving to Arizona, I worked for many years in the juvenile justice arena as a counselor, teacher (GED courses), and caseworker. I took a break from working with kids and spent four years teaching Reiki nationwide. This “adventure” is the topic of my book Reiki the Leaves which can be read in the Books section of this site. After that period of my life was over, I returned to working with kids as a middle school math teacher on the Tohono O’odham Reservation, at the Grand Canyon, and at the Arizona City Elementary School. After retiring, my wife and I got our real estate licenses to help with expenses. I still substitute teach once or twice a week at Rio Rico High School to stay in contact with kids.

On a secondary level, I started a journey of Soul Awareness when I was very young. This journey is highlighted in my book The Trail to the Raincloud of Knowable Things which can also be read on my site here.

As humanity is moving into a New Dispensation, it is necessary to connect to the true purpose of God’s Plan for Humanity. The “Wisdom” of the Plan can be attained by all through meditation and Soul Awareness. The lessons and readings in this website are here to help people with this
